My academic background is a Physical Education and Sports Teachers Degree. I have a Master's degree in Sports Management Sciences and a PhD in Social Fields in Sports Sciences.
I received training as an expert in the 'Youth Exchange Program' held between Germany and Turkey in 1996. I participated in volunteer work and received training in Youth Camps and youth work.
I worked as a teacher for one year. I worked with Sports Managers. I worked as a project coordinator in the 'Turkcell Those Running to the Future' Project, which also included work to develop the Visually Impaired Cycling branch.
I have been interested in sociology studies in the field of sports sciences for ten years. ‘m studying on feminist epistemology, gender equality in sports, women's studies, sexual harassment in sports, violence in interpersonal violence in sports, ethnic discrimination.
I think it is important to disclose athlete experiences in order to create a safe environment in sports. For this reason, I am planning qualitative paradigm studies.
